When our AC stopped working our friends recommended calling Ian. Ian diagnosed and help fix our AC issue over the phone and got us up and running immediately. Unfortunately shortly after the fan motor died. On Nov. 10th, with the ever increasing gas and hydro rates, I bought a high-efficiency Keeprite furnace to replace my old unit.
